We are proud to serve Devoción, the only exclusive farm-to-table coffee roaster in the world. In partnership with Blank Slate, Devoción has thoughtfully developed a unique custom blend of beans to compliment our menu.
Devoción has a deep commitment to green practices and strong relationships with 400+ coffee growers throughout Colombia. Every bean is dry milled in Bogota and shipped to Brooklyn, NY for fresh roasting.
Devoción's Blank Slate blend, La Pizarra (meaning ‘The Slate’ in Spanish) is a rich chocolatey blend with distinctive spice notes like cardamom and cinnamon and a finish reminiscent of forest berries. Try it exclusively at Blank Slate.
